Listen: Nakedbreed's Self-Titled

Nakedbreed is a rock band from Kuala Lumpur comprising of Justin (vocals), Sara (drums), Jack (guitars) and Ian (bass). Formed in 1998, Nakedbreed (with former guitarist Rueben) released a demo titled "Breeding Ground" from which their first single " Tribute " was featured in a compilation titled "Pheaw: Volume 1". Their self-titled debut album was released in 2001 under Fat Boys Records . Comprising of 11 tracks all written by the band, the superb album was produced by Jason Lo and mixed by Nicholas Blasband at Synchrosound Studios. Nakedbreed's flavor of rock is fueled by solid rhythms, clever guitar-work spiced with appealing riffs and mature vocal melodies; anyone from 6 to 60 can enjoy this album.

Glistening Redchair (GRC) is a heavy rock band from Kuala Lumpur and they promise destruction by the power of the riff! Their new release " Guide Us Into Believing " does exactly that, in a really good way. Written, recorded, mixed and produced by the main brain of the band, this EP is loaded with enough energy to satisfy any heavy-rock fan. Writing about what it means to live in our modern world, Gheff Abd Ghafar (vocals, guitars) and Mohd Firdaus 'Boss' (drums) regularly perform at various venues within the local rock circuit, promoting their December 2016 3-song demo. Gheff is also part of Landasan , a community supporting local rock bands. Released in May 2017, "Guide Us Into Believing" showcases the band's mature songwriting and clever usage of raw vocals, heavy rhythms and headbang-worthy breakdowns. Interview with Soheil Sanjabi, an inspirational personality, guitarist and songwriter of Billie Blue & The Nowhere Men . What projects are you currently involved in? My main band is a four-piece psychedelic folk-rock outfit called Billie Blue & The Nowhere Men (BBTNM). I am a part of a corporate party band called Madsally. I'm also a part of Pris Xavier’s soul-rock band. I session with several other artists here and there as well. How do you juggle between work and music? Well, my main job IS doing music! So as long as I manage my time with shows, rehearsals and teaching music, I’m good. What's the inspiration behind BBTNM's music? Frankly, every song has a different inspiration behind it. We are easily inspired by human emotions and energies as well as old folklore and fantastical stories.
