Listen: Glistening Redchair "Guide Us Into Believing"

Glistening Redchair (GRC) is a heavy rock band from Kuala Lumpur and they promise destruction by the power of the riff! Their new release "Guide Us Into Believing" does exactly that, in a really good way. Written, recorded, mixed and produced by the main brain of the band, this EP is loaded with enough energy to satisfy any heavy-rock fan.

Writing about what it means to live in our modern world, Gheff Abd Ghafar (vocals, guitars) and Mohd Firdaus 'Boss' (drums) regularly perform at various venues within the local rock circuit, promoting their December 2016 3-song demo. Gheff is also part of Landasan, a community supporting local rock bands. 

Released in May 2017, "Guide Us Into Believing" showcases the band's mature songwriting and clever usage of raw vocals, heavy rhythms and headbang-worthy breakdowns. Opener "Pip, Boy!" explodes into a furious mosh-inducing rocker complete with commanding vocals and a tasteful guitar solo. "Pixelated" and "Pigs" bring the listener deeper into GRC's songwriting mastery while the title track closes with a brilliant mix of gentle subtlety and all-out mayhem.
